Dear All, Please find attached an updated Draft Initial Report that reflects changes from the clean version circulated by Steve Metalitz on May 12. The Initial Draft includes the revisions requested by Kristina Rosette in connection with the Subteam-B recommendations, and by Subteam-A following our telephone conference yesterday. On yesterday's call, the drafting team decided that the remainder of the work to finalize the report should be done via email. Accordingly, please share any comments or suggestions for revisions by email by the end of next week (May 21).
