Comment on New NCSG Charter

Compared with previous ones, this NCSG charter absorbed certain concepts from 
CP80 regardless of the new organizational structure embodied in the charter 
proposed by NCUC which won prevailing community support during public comment 
period. Though remaining open for selection of GNSO Council Seat Vacancies, 
judging from its proposed structure of constituency and EC, NCSG will allocate 
council seats constituency-oriented, which deviates the suggested 
organizational model that keeps constituency away from council seats for freer 
and more democratic participation of all group members.   
GNSO should accept more innovative thought other than old model. Listen then 
act in conformity with consensus decision-making principle.
