I would like to suggest that one Councilor from each of the SGs communicate 
(re-communicate) on this list who your STI reps are.  I will start it off for 
the RySG: David Maher and Jeff Neuman.  As I recall Alan Greenburg already 
stated that he is the primary rep for the ALAC and Olivier Crepin-Leblond will 
be the alternate.
 
Marika/Margie - Would one of you please compile a final list of STI 
participants including observers and Staff, send it to this list and then make 
any adjustments to the list according to what was the STI group decided 
(decides).  Please note that I am on the list as an observer only because I am 
Council Chair; I mostly plan to just observe and do not plan to actively 
participate in your meetings or on the list.  At the same time, please feel 
free to let me know if you think I can be of any assistance.

        I am not sure of my status, other that I am not the official BC 
participant. But I would hope the process will remain as transparently 
available in real time as possible to permit monitoring that will facilitate 
meaningful input to the several official members with whom I have an open

        My recollection is that we said that the list would be limited to STI 
participants, alternates and staff only, but that it was publicly archived. If 
my memory is wrong, I presume someone will correct me.
