Dear All,

Please find attached for your review an updated version of the proposed 'thick' 
Whois PDP Working Group Charter. Based on last week's discussion, the following 
changes have been made:

 *   Included an introduction on the differences between 'thick' and 'thin' 
Whois. The basis for this section is the Final Issue Report who 'borrowed' this 
from the Inventory of Whois Services Requirements Final Report (see 
http://gnso.icann.org/issues/whois/whois-service-requirements-final-report-29jul10-en.pdf)
 *   Updated the sentence on WG tasks
 *   Included reference to information / advice provided by other ICANN SO/ACs
 *   Included footnote on tiered access
