[gnso-thickwhoispdp-wg] Proposed agenda for first meeting of the 'thick' Whois PDP WG on Tuesday 13 November at 15.00 UTC

Dear All,

Thank you all for completing the doodle poll. The first meeting of the
'thick' Whois PDP Working Group will take place on Tuesday 13 November at
15.00 UTC (call details will be circulated shortly). Mikey O'Connor has
kindly volunteered to serve as the interim chair for this first meeting,
until the WG has had the opportunity to formally select a chair(s). Volker
Greimann was appointed by the GNSO Council to serve as the liaison to this
Working Group. 

The proposed agenda for the first meeting is as follows:

Proposed Agenda ­ 'thick' Whois PDP WG Meeting
1. Roll Call / Statements of Interest
2. Introductions ­ members of the WG are invited to share information
regarding interests, backgrounds, skills, experience especially as related
to any requirements in the Charter
3. Principles of transparency and openness
4. Election of WG Leaders ­ Normally a Chair will be selected at the first
meeting of the WG. A Working Group may elect to have co-chars, vice-chairs.
Once selected, the Working Group Chair will need to be confirmed by the GNSO
Council. 
5. Items for review: WG Charter, Working Group Guidelines, GNSO Policy
Development Process
6. Development of work plan: it is required that WGs develop a work plan
that outlines the necessary steps and expected timing in order to achieve
the milestones set out in the WG Charter
7. Confirmation of next meeting / next steps
 
As the election of a WG Chair is expected to take place during the first
meeting, volunteers are encouraged to express their interest ahead of the
meeting.
