hi all,
here's a quick note to indicate that i'd like to be considered as a candidate
for Chair.
i was on the IRTP working group that suggested this idea and co-chaired the
drafting team. so some of you have already experienced what it would be like.

my main interest in thick Whois is operational -- there are several
improvements to the security and stability of domain name transfer processes
that would be made possible by moving to thick Whois for all gTLD registries
and i'm keen to move those along.
