[gnso-thickwhoispdp-wg] Considerations for the Thick Whois PDP

Dear All,

I was wondering whether at some point in the Thick Whois PDP we will be
factoring in the results of the GNSO commissioned studies namely:-


   - Whois Misuse Study
   - Whois Registrant Identification Study
   - Whois Privacy and Proxy Services Abuses Study
   - Whois Privacy and Proxy Relay/Reveal Study

At some stage the community was informed that these studies were to be
concluded in 2012 and for some reason the dates shifted to 2013. I also
acknowledge that the Draft Report for the Whois Proxy/Privacy Reveal and
Relay Study was published.

I hope that some pressure is being applied to those carrying out these
important studies because I am certain that their findings will have a
bearing on some of the considerations for this PDP.
