Dear All,

Please find attached the updated versions of the authoritativeness, data
escrow and synchronisation sections per the WG discussion earlier this week.
Note that in relation to the synchronisation section, I've tried to
incorporate some of the comments made during the call, but your input is
appreciated to ensure it was captured correctly (also noting that some parts
eventually may move to the section on registrar 43 requirements as there is
a close link).

As a reminder, I've also attached the section on competition in registry
services for your review.
