Dear All,

As discussed yesterday, please find attached the final version of the
Initial Report as well as the proposed public comment announcement for your
review. The idea is to publish the report this Friday (21 June) which would
mean the initial period would close on 14 July and the reply period on 4
August, with the understanding that 'normal' comments may also be submitted
during the reply period.

If you have any further comments / proposed corrections to the report or
announcement, please share this with the mailing list by close of business
Thursday 20 June.
