are due on 30 September. For the next Council meeting it is 21 October.

Council members of each House, or (b) three-fourths (3/4) of one House and a 
majority of the other House."
  Amr Elsadr:Thanks for the clarifications Marika and Alan. That's pretty much 
what my understanding has been.
  Marika Konings:Steve makes an important point - the WG report does not 
necessarily need to reflect the views of SG/C - it reflects the views of the WG 
members.
  Marika Konings:which may or may not align with how the Council votes on a 
report eventually

  Amr Elsadr:For my part..., I will try to get an answer on whether a statement 
will be submitted or not as quickly as possible.

discuss this together.
