hi all,

Marika has updated our draft (primarily updating the Executive Summary) and 
what is attached is our "Consensus Candidate" draft for your review (clean and 
redline).  

we have one remaining issue to work through, which i'm hoping we can work 
through this week on the list or on our next call.  look for some email from 
Avri on that.  

here's the timetable we are working under: 

• 28 September – deadline for comments on Consensus call on the Final Report

• 30 September – submit Final Report to the GNSO Council – if minority views 
are being submitted, the report will be submitted as an FYI, noting that 
minority viewpoints are forthcoming

• 15 October – deadline for minority views if no full consensus is achieved and 
a desire expressed to submit minority views

• 21 October – submit Final Report, including minority views to the GNSO 
Council for consideration (only applicable if minority views are submitted, 
otherwise 30 September target date will apply)
