Hi,

My suggestion was to try and incorporate the concerns that others expressed 
about us maybe finding that all concerns are adequately covered and thus 
nothing additional will need to be done (i.e. Alan's basic concern as I 
understood it).  But also leaving open that if something needs to be done, it 
is done in the GNSO following proper PDP processes. 

That is, I was trying to offer compromise language.  But I am fine going back 
to my original simpler more direct language  is this is not acceptable or if 
anyone who feels that an issue report on this specific privacy subject is the 
better option period with no caveats.
