Dear colleagues,

Following the discussion in our meeting during ICANN 51, we are currently
busy preparing new material for your review and input, including :
* a call for volunteer experts from parties affected by the transition from
thin to thick Whois
* a detailed impact assessment of consistent labeling and display of Whois
output 
In order to provide enough time for you to consider this material, we will
postpone the next meeting of the Thick Whois IRT to mid-november. The exact
date and time will be communicated to you early next week.
