Please note that this statement does NOT relate to the IRTP PDP but rather to 
the 19 other IRTP recommendations for which no PDPs have been initiated and for 
which work is currently in process to develop and plan going forward.  This 
statement will certainly be useful when the Council decides how to proceed with 
the 19 recommendations but it will not directly benefit the IRTP PDP currently 
underway.

Liz - It probably would be good to notify the BC of this in case they do not 
see this message.
