Hi Chuck,
Indeed, that's correct, no new constituency statements materialized...
As to the format of the constituency statements in the report, I have
deliberately kept them in the original in order to fully capture them as
submitted. I have done so earlier as well (DT Outcomes Report, DT Initial
Report...). I thought that people would be satisfied to recognize their
submissions exactly as delivered, but I realize that there may be other
considerations - what do others think?
As to the TOC, well, I could add another layer for the next time around.
Best regards
Olof

Thanks Olof. I assume that the ISCPC did not submit their statement and
the NCUC did not submit a revised statement that relates directly to the
PDP terms of reference.
If possible bfore posting, I would suggest that the Constituency
Statements be consistently formatted so they are easier to find and that
their page numbers be added to the Table of Contents. I found it
difficult to find them for each constituency when I tried scrolling for
them.

Dear all,
Attached is the Initial Report for the Transfers Policy PDP on
clarification of four reasons for transfer denials. It will shortly be
posted on the GNSO site and the ICANN site for public comments.
Very best regards
Olof
