Subject: FY11 Travel Support Guidelines
Dear Travel Support Experts,
We plan to draft the Travel Support Guidelines for the next fiscal year (FY11)
in the next week or so, and I believe this will be posted for community
feedback as has been done in the past two years. If you have any early
comments/suggestions for this document, please email or call me in advance
ASAP. Of course, there will be plenty of time after the draft is posted for
your feedback.

In the draft I plan on addressing important questions that have been raised
this year such as GNSO restructuring, travel support at non ICANN meetings,
diversity of travel across communities, travel support administration, travel
support reporting, and the use of the exception policy.
