Margie and all, This looked great. I made some additional tweaks in the attached. (Due to a document issue, I had to accept all of the revisions and make additional ones so that mine were visible.) Tweaks are: 1. Referring to "disputed domain name" (which is UDRP speak); 2. Changing 3.g so we don't have the "favourable" issue that was raised w/r/t 3.f. 3. Changed "cases" to "proceedings" where appropriate; 4. Changed 3.k to refer to "contested or challenged", which is what I suspect we really are asking. The attached document reflects revisions suggested by Kristina Rosette and discussed on yesterday's call. It also includes revisions suggested by Staff to clarify the voluntary nature of the inquiry, and to provide additional background for the UDRP providers who may be surprised to receive an inquiry from Staff. Please provide any final comments by COB tomorrow, April 20th. I plan to release the Questionnaire to the providers on Thursday morning. The Webinar is set for Tuesday, May 10th, at 8am Pacific (1500 UTC). The next Drafting Team meeting on Tuesday of next week (1500 UTC) will focus on identifying the speakers to be invited to the webinar.
