Sorry, I was off of e-mail, and I may be a little slow, but I am not sure I 
understand WIPO's response.

They state: "At the 10-May-2011 webinar, WIPO will make a number of 
observations on the envisaged process and on the UDRP more generally."

Which process are they referring to?  The process to review the UDRP?  What 
observations can be made on a process that we have not developed yet?  We are 
only just trying to create an issue report.

I am also not clear on what it means to make observations on the UDRP more 
generally, but if that is how they want to use their time, I have no objections.

Margie - Will this help you with the issue report?  I think that is the 
ultimate question.  If the answer is yes, then great.

I like the thought that has gone into WIPOs suggestions and would be
inclined to take them up on all the suggested speakers.
