The list of volunteers will be published toward the end of the week as the 
'call for volunteers ' closes on Monday 22 March.

A doodle will go out shortly to arrange the first teleconference.

All,

Is there a wiki set up for this Working Group and a list so that we can see who 
has volunteered?  That would help if we are going to have a call next week and 
figure out an appropriate candidate to select for the neutral chair position.  
Also, is someone sending around a doodle with times for next week that we can 
discuss this matter?
