I'd agree with that sentiment

If there are a disproportionate number of registrars, for example, then I'm 
sure a few of us will resign. The main problem with WGs that I've seen is 
getting ANYONE to participate, so having a lot of interest in a WG is a good 
thing (TM) and we should be happy about it.

Yes - if there were 50 active participants it would probably be a chaotic mess, 
but I'd agree with Mike, it's unlikely to happen
