Please accept my Statement of Interest regarding my participation in the VI 
working group.

 1.  Current vocation, employer and position

I currently serve as the Senior Director of Law & Policy for Network Solutions, 
LLC, a leading provider of web-based services and the fourth largest domain 
name.


 1.  Type of work performed in 1 above

In this role, I am responsible for all legal and policy issues related to the 
Company's domain name-related businesses.


 1.  Identify any financial ownership or senior management/leadership interest 
in registries, registrars or other firms that are interested parties in ICANN 
policy or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract, or other  
arrangement

I have no financial ownership interest in Network Solutions or in any other 
registrar or registry.   I do serve as chief legal counsel and corporate 
secretary to Central Registry Solutions, LLC and NameJet, LLC.


 1.  Identify any type of commercial interest in ICANN policy development 
outcomes.  Are you representing other parties?


Network Solutions is an ICANN accredited registrar and a "contracted party," 
bound by consensus policies.  Network Solutions has a 50% membership interest 
in Central Registry Solutions, LLC (CRS),  a company which plans to provide 
back-end registry services for new gTLD applicants and registry operators.   
Network Solutions also has a 50% membership interest in NameJet, LLC (NameJet), 
a domain name auction services provider.


 1.  Describe any arrangements or agreements between you and any other group, 
constituency or person(s) regarding your nomination or selection as an advisory 
group team member



I am a member of the Registrars Stakeholders Group (RsG) and am expected to 
report on activities of this group to the RsG.  I will also report activities 
to my employer, CRS, and to NameJet.
