This proposed time (1500 UTC) will conflict with the existing Transfer Policy
PDP meeting time. Many of the participants in the IRTP WG have also
volunteered for this Vertical Integration WG.

I agree that it should be the same day and time every week.
I would propose the time to be 15:00 UTC. That way it would be in normal
working hours for both America, Europe and most of Africa. And better than the
time today for Asia/pacific.
Kind regards

Folks,
During the call, Eric has raised the issue of the time being inconvenient for
Asia Pacific.
May I ask if anybody has problems with calls on Tuesdays 16:30 UTC, for 60' or
90'?
You can also reply privately.
If there is some problem, we might consider two different times (and maybe two
different days of the week, if necessary) to make sure that we do not make it
inconvenient always for the same people.
Cheers,
Roberto
