Jeff E,
Assuming that ICANN has the capacity to evaluate a fixed number of
applications, say 500, do you see any problem with some of the
incumbent registries, applying for all of the available evaluation
capacity?
It is $92.5M, within the abilities of one, or more of the incumbents,
with a 100% capture of several years of market advantage.
Is this a good thing? Is it a good thing if the incumbents only manage
to capture 75% of several years of market advantage? How about 50%?
