yep, there are those 3 and Eric is submitting one and talking about it all at 
the same time.

ah.  just heard from Jeff Neuman that he's in the lineup too -- so we'll be 
hearing 4 proposals today.  i'll rejigger the agenda a bit.  so we'll hear 4 
proposals today, shooting for about 10 minutes per proposal.

        i'm sortof inventing this as i go -- but Eric got me on track.  he's a 
proposal-presenter and sent me a slide deck that he would like to use while he 
presents.
        
        i haven't heard from any other presenters yet, so we have 1 or 2 slots 
left for today's call.  if you'd like one of those slots let me know.  and, if 
you have slides that you'd like to share, send them to me as a PDF and i'll
