All,

As we discuss some of the extremely detailed issues this past week, I would 
like to take a step back and discuss one of the main questions asked on the 
list - How does cross ownership benefit the consumer and the registrant?

I have put together a presentation (attached)  that details some of the major 
benefits that will be seen by consumers in a world of cross ownership. 

While these are some of the benefits of cross ownership, there are many more 
and I would welcome other list participants to chime in with benefits and 
examples.
