hi all,

another topic on today's leadership-group call was the face to face meeting
in Brussels.

we've put together a Doodle poll that describes a series of 2-hour long
options on Saturday.

i'm sorry -- Sunday just doesn't work.  we don't have a firm time slot for
Roberto and me to update the Council yet, all we know is that the update
session will take place on Sunday.  since we would need the face-to-face
session prior to the Council session, that leaves Saturday.

Saturday evening also doesn't work -- there are conflicting sessions for
Councillors that start at 6 and roll on through dinner.

so please take a moment and fill in the Doodle poll with times that will
work for you (this includes people who will be participating remotely, we
will have the usual phone and Adobe facilities available for those of you
who aren't in Brussels).
