here is the update for the Open Registrar Proposal ("The 4 Registrars"):

I do want to stress that this chart is only a very insufficient format 
of summarizing any proposal and we see it mostly as a tool for better 
categorization of the proposals, but not as a summary of the proposals.
C-F unchanged
G: (1) all IA registrars must be accepted
H-K unchanged
L: basically 2, as we propose full co-ownership as basic concept.
M: YES, equal access in all cases.
N-O unchanged
P: NO
Q: Review in to be defined cases (abuses and complaints), no automatic 
review obligation
R: (a) Only exception to equal access in case of SU registries. (b) 
While consumer harm may be possible in some VI/CO scenarios, it does not 
necessarily follow from it. A blanket prohibition or limitation in %% 
will however limit innovation and competition.
