On topic I think we have to deal with at some point is the difference between
the defined reality of there being 2 entities: Registries and Registrars and
the actual reality of there being at least 4 entities: Registry Service
Providers, Registry Owners, Registrars and Resellers acting like Registrars,
where Registrars can own/control Registry Service Providers and Registry owners
own/control resellers.
Don't know if this is a topic for this meeting, but I think we have to face it
at some point.
