hi,
I understood GREEN to mean, whatever your position is, you are willing to
compromise on it.
whereas YELLOW meant whatever your position is you might be willing to discuss
it but this one will be tough.
and RED meant you have your position - that is that - and you are not willing
to compromise on that position.
or at least that is what i think i suggested.
