hi all,

as you have noticed, Roberto and i have launched two processes in parallel -- 
the "document the positions and do a poll" process i described on the call and 
the "identify a few topics around which there may be consensus" email threads 
that got kicked off just after the call.

we'll talk about progress on both of those fronts on the Monday call, along 
with an update on Mikey's Quest For More Time.  :-)

anything else on your minds that you'd like included in the agenda?
