hi all,

i kinda fell over last night after pushing the poll out the door.  reading the 
subsequent posts it seems like there are a gaggle of changes to be made.  
here's my punch list so far...

-- puzzle out what the final configuration is for Kathy's minority stuff in BR2 
and update the wiki and poll questions

-- update the Compliance wiki page with a newer version when the drafting team 
gives me the OK

-- wait for clarity on the answers to the questions Jeff Eckhaus asked 
up-thread and do the needful.

by the way -- i discovered that i can go in and edit your poll responses.  so 
if you want to change an answer after you've completed the poll, let me know 
and i can take care of that for you (assuming i'm not overwhelmed with requests 
-- go easy on me peepul).

i'll return to this in about an hour and get going.  feel free to offer more 
course-corrections.
