IPC goes way beyond what we discussed for typical SRSU models into 
SRMU-type scenarios. While I support SRSU (in the sense it is not needed 
in my proposal), and agree SRSU is needed in any restrictive scenario, I 
also do not agree with the IPC interpretation and would not support that 
wording. I think the poll was also quite clear in the rejection of IPC.
