Mikey, I would like to suggest that Annex G become Annex A. As we state
in Section 6, "These proposals are included in this Initial Report to
reflect the current status of the efforts of the VI Working Group and to
invite public comment on these various proposals." [my emphasis]

 

Rather than have people dig through annexes, let's make it easier for
them and pull this particular one up to the front of the stack.  (All
others can probably follow from there.)

 

Now we can debate the order J
