a terse call for agenda items today -- i'm racing against the clock of my
backup batteries as a torrential storm just went through and we have no power.
the two items that come to mind are:
-- review Margie's summary of public comments prior to inserting it
into the revised Initial Report
-- continue the Harms discussion
