hi all,

i asked Chuck Gomes whether we needed a motion to prepare the way for the 
revised Initial Report to head on to the Board.  he said "yes" and forwarded 
this draft motion that Margie prepared (thanks Margie!).

can you all review it and make sure it is OK?  looks fine to me...  except i'd 
substitute the word "stupendous" for "tremendous"  :-)
