hi all,

today's call will continue the harms discussion.  i'd like to pose the 
following questions to stir up a lively debate

-- for which harms is vertical separation the best solution, and why?  which 
harms are better addressed some other way, and why?


if we have time, i'd also like to discuss where we want to take the major 
contributions to date (the two harms documents from Jeff and Antony and Scott's 
summary of US competition law concepts)

-- approach to completing, merging and categorizing the lists

-- approach to analyzing the lists
