hi all,

looking back through email, i realize that i didn't do my usual "call for 
agenda items" email last Friday.  sorry about that.  a combination of 
late-summer lack-of-focus and flakey email got the better of me.

two things leap out at me:

-- continue to hammer on the "harms" documents (not much activity, seems like 
we need to get those shaped up)

-- start working through the public comments

anything else on your minds?
