Greetings,

As promised on Monday's call, attached please find a tabular summary of the
VI-related comments received in response to the posting of the working
group's initial report and the 4th iteration of the applicant guidebook. For
the most part, the organization follows the same outline as the summary
document Margie presented a week and a half ago.  I tried not to mess with
the comments too much (e.g., combining similar comments, etc.), but if
there's something I can do to make this document more useful, please let me
know.

Finally, since the source of much of the data in the table was the summary
document that was posted, the same disclaimer applies (may not be complete;
when in doubt, check the comments themselves, etc.).
