hi all,

well...  i lied.  i didn't even get close to revising the "harms" wiki by 
Wednesday like i promised.  but i *did* get it done this morning and the 
results are here;

there are lots of changes and i think our main agenda is to review those 
changes and see where that discussion leads us as to how we want to start our 
analysis-phase of the Harms discussion.

anything else that people would like to add to the agenda?
