Volker,

I think it's important to emphasise the one-sided nature of the Switch move. 
They are using their monopoly on .CH as a means to fund their new registrar 
business. To me, a registry making such a move is only acceptable if it's 
registrars are also able to take on the registry function. But as far as I am 
aware, there is no plan to put the .CH registry function out to tender...
