Thanks Eric,  Had seen it already.    This literally made me need to sit
down when I first saw it, because it had a new acronym for final applicant
guidebook, but was less of a shock than the fact there were actual dates on
it for acceptance of applications.

Thank you for sharing.

I suspect there are many corks popping over this, with cautious and weary
people toasting a toast of hope that these don't slide or evaporate again.
