Here are the WHOIS study priority ratings, and input on "working
definitions" provided by the IPC. I am in the process of getting this
information uploaded to the WHOIS wiki workspace.

Happy MLK Day to you both. As promised, attached are three
documents: (1) the IPC's numeric values concerning the feasibility and
priority of each submitted study; (2) a revised version of the
Whois-related definitions reflecting the IPC's suggested edits; and (3)
a redline specifically identifying the IPC's suggested edits to the
definitions.
As always, should either of you have questions do not hesitate
to let me or Steve know.
