Attached please find summary of changes made on today's call for hypotheses in 
Areas 5 and 6.  They have also been updated on the wiki.  Please let me know if 
I've missed anything.  I inserted the notation about the definition of 
"registrant data" and the recap of the text of Sec. 3.7.7.3 of the RAA at the 
top of the chart just under the Hypothesis header.  The wiki doesn't like 
footnotes.

c.       Area 4 - Demand and motivation for use of privacy services (#17, #18,

5.      Hypotheses were developed for the following and are open for discussion 
up until and including our next meeting on 5 August:
a.       Area 5: Impact of WHOIS data protection on crime and abuse (#6, #13, 
#11, #1, #2)
b.       Area 6: Proxy registrar compliance with law enforcement and dispute 
resolution requests (#3, #20, Metalitz comment, #12)

6.      Continuing Development of hypotheses
a.        Area 7: Whois data accuracy (#8, # 11)

b.      Area 8: Other GAC recommendations (GAC #1, GAC #5, GAC #6, GAC #3)

7.      Next meeting:  Tuesday, 5 August 2008, 15:00 UTC

a.       Chuck: Prepare and meeting recap NLT 30 July

b.      Liz: Prepare and distribute list of completed hypotheses NLT 30 July

c.       All:

1.      Review hypotheses developed for Areas 5 & 6 and provide comments on the 
list before the next meeting on 5 August

2.      Review and be prepared to discuss proposed hypotheses for Areas 7 & 8 
in the next meeting on 5 August.
