Attached is the next to final draft of the response to the GNSO Council
about the RAPWG's recommendation with respect to WHOIS Access.  The WSWG
agreed that this topic aligned more with policy and as such out of scope
given the current charter.  Please review this response and reply to back to
the WSWG for any other suggested changed.  The deadline for submission is 5
JAN 2012.  The intent is to submit the response to the Council 6 JAN 2012 so
that it may be considered per the schedule Council meeting on 19 JAN 2012.
