The document looks good to me. Sorry if this point comes across as
between-semester professor withdrawal symptoms, but I think that a paragraph
break after the second sentence makes it easier to follow the discussion.

Subject: [gnso-whoissurvey-dt] Final Call - WSWG Response to GNSO Council on
RAPWG's WHOIS Access Recommendation
WSWG,
Attached is the next to final draft of the response to the GNSO Council about
the RAPWG’s recommendation with respect to WHOIS Access. The WSWG agreed that
this topic aligned more with policy and as such out of scope given the current
charter. Please review this response and reply to back to the WSWG for any
other suggested changed. The deadline for submission is 5 JAN 2012. The
intent is to submit the response to the Council 6 JAN 2012 so that it may be
considered per the schedule Council meeting on 19 JAN 2012.
