Hi Steve,

Thanks for this, I sent a new version to Berry last night and highlighted a 
bunch of terms for the "hover defs".  I also did some editing including R9.  I 
apologize for not getting it done sooner, but I think the latest version, once 
we add the definitions, is pretty much ready to be posted for comments.

FYI for everyone, I managed to get Michele (from BlackKnight) to agree to be a 
beta tester and am hoping for Jim Galvin from Afilias.   Please remember to ask 
for volunteers from your networks!
