I agree. Duplication is not what I wanted. Just like to know where to find the
relevant information
Thanks

Think just adding the respective links to the short descriptions is enough.

Assunto: RE: [gnso-wpm-dt] Face to face meeting in Nairobi?
Does everyone agree that we need a more "detailed" summary of our pending
projects? Much more detail and background (with all relevant links) is
provided in the monthly policy update that we produce. We can extract more
from that document, or refer Council members to the more robust explanation
located there. We could also ask the lead staff person (or Council liaison)
for each group to give a short (30) second overview and be available to
answer questions when the Council is actually conducting the prioritization
discussion.
Happy to do whatever the group thinks would be most useful.
Best, Liz

I do hope the same, and I'm confident that we will have something ready for
the Nairobi council meeting. What I think is necessary for the councillors -
at least the newcomers - to be prepared is the basic project description;
maybe a little bit more comprehensive than in the current list.
Regards
Wolf-Ulrich

Hopefully you are correct Stephane and, if so, then we will probably need
the time for the full Council to work on prioritization.
