Hello all,

I'm sure online conferencing tools would be very appreciated and certainly
a big help in making council/TF calls more effective. Before making any
decision towards a special product/service we should take the time to put
together a set of requirements this product/service has to fullfill.

>From my point of view the following features would add value immediatly
and shouldn't be to burdensome to be accomplished in any location with
online connectivity, a set of microphones and a telephone conferencing
module.

 - Possibility to show online prasentations e.g. Powerpoint
 - Possibility to access to a online realtime scripe
 - Possibility to ask questions via a messenger system
 - Possibility to to "raise a hand".
 - Possibility to see who's on the call
 - MP3 recording

To avoid problems for some participants the product/service should be
independent of any the operating system.

Best,

tom
