Dear colleagues, 

 

I have a question about openness and transparency of the work of the TF. I
am assuming that all documents, and all submissions are being made available
via a publicly available list of the TF, as is usual. If we only post to
Shinkuro, Liz, will the staff duplicate post to the TF list to be sure that
the archive is built, and that the community h as continued and timely
access.

 

I seem to remember you told me once, but I lost track. can you remind me?

Dear Colleagues

 

I received today a response from the BC to the Initial Report which has been
posted for public comment. The public comment period closes today.

 

I would be very grateful to receive responses from other constituencies --
it greatly helps preparation for the meeting.

 

I have opened the Shinkuro room into which I will place all materials
relating to the meeting, including those that relate to the IDN portion of
the work.

 

Please ensure, if you want to use the Shinkuro room, you accept my
invitation. If you haven't received an invitation, then ask and I'll include
you to the list.
