The work of the Committee on new TLDS (not Taskforce) should all be  
posted through the gtld-council list.  I didn't re-post Philip's  
email because it has gone through the public comment archives which  
everyone can see.
As I've said, I'll put materials in the Shinkuro room for use at the  
Amsterdam meeting.  The Shinkuro set up does not substitute for  
posting things through the mailing lists which are the proper archive  
for documents nor the official ICANN website for other materials.  I  
only use Shinkuro as a repository for working materials for  
particular meetings.
